Our 14-day money-back guarantee

Every membership and subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase and we will return your payment in full. Outside that window, fees are non-refundable, including pro-rata refunds for partially used subscription periods. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund a period already paid. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, except in the limited cases set out in the full policy.
