The products and/or services referenced herein are sold with a strict no-refund policy, except as stated below. Fees assessed by the Company are non-refundable, and the Company does not provide refunds or credits for partially used or unused Paid Accounts, Digital Products, or Services.
Payment Processing
Our third-party payment processor handles all payments. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club are accepted payment methods.
Unless specified otherwise, all prices displayed on our Site are in United States dollars (USD).
Payment Terms
We provide several payment options for our Community, Courses, and Programs, which may include:
– A one-time lump sum payment.
– A single payment.
– Recurring subscription fees are automatically rebilled regularly (e.g., monthly or annually).
Payment terms, including details about rebilling periods when applicable, are clearly posted on our Site and are considered part of this Agreement.
In cases where multiple payment terms conflict, the term most beneficial to Iron Strengthens Iron will take precedence.
Refund Terms
You may cancel your paid Account at any time.
Refunds are available in full within the first fourteen (14) days of your initial paid Account. If you are unsatisfied with our Service, you must notify us within that time frame to request a refund.
Refunds will not be provided after the initial 14-day period. This includes paid accounts, services purchased at a discounted or sale price, and pro-rata refunds for partially used subscription terms or services.
The Iron Strengthens Iron no-risk money-back guarantee allows you to decide that Iron Strengthens Iron is not for you at any time within the first 14 days of opening your paid Account. Just let our dedicated support team know (we make it easy!).
We will stop your paid Account and issue you a refund. Your request for a refund must be received within 24 business hours of the 14 days of the date and time of opening your paid Account. While some refunds may be instant, refund credit can take 5 – 10 business days to appear on your credit or debit card statement.
If adequate notice is not received and your credit or debit card is subsequently charged, you will not receive a refund. Renewals are non-refundable.
Digital Products
Refunds for digital products will generally not be issued, except under specific circumstances, as outlined below:
- Access and Ownership: When purchasing digital products (e.g., online courses, webinars, or downloadable materials), access is granted for personal, non-commercial use. Due to the nature of digital products, once accessed or downloaded, they cannot be returned or “unloaded.”
- Non-Refundable Instances:
- Issues caused by the User’s device or lack of internet access.
- Dissatisfaction after accessing or downloading the product.
- Failure to use or engage with the purchased materials.
- Unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution will terminate access without refund and possible legal action.
- Refund / Replacement Exceptions:
Refunds / Replacements may only be issued in the following cases:- Technical issues caused by the product include, but are not limited to, broken links, missing files, or failure to download. Proof (visual or otherwise) must be provided.
- Corrupted or inaccessible products: Defective or inaccessible products despite proper access attempts. Proof (visual or otherwise) must be provided.
- Errors on the company’s part: Supporting evidence must be provided for incorrect, incomplete, or misrepresented digital products.
Digital products are non-transferable and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed without explicit permission. Unauthorized actions may lead to access termination without a refund and possible legal consequences.
Paid Account Policy
Iron Strengthens Iron offers various Paid Account types, including All Passes, Consulting, Memberships, Mentorships, Recurring Charges, Services, or Subscriptions.
- Agreement Terms
The Agreement begins on the sign-up date, which coincides with the initial payment. It will automatically renew unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing:- Monthly Terms: The Agreement renews every thirty (30) days. Cancellation requires written notice no later than ten (10) days before the next renewal date.
- Quarterly Terms: The Agreement renews every ninety (90) days. Cancellation requires written notice no later than ten (10) days before the next renewal date.
- Annual Terms: The Agreement renews every twelve (12) months. Cancellation requires written notice no later than ten (10) days before the next renewal date.
- Cancellations Within 14 Days
If cancellation occurs within the initial 14-day refund window, the user will not maintain access to the Service, and the Paid Account will be terminated. Additionally, all files and documents associated with the Account will be destroyed. - Cancellations After 14 Days
If cancellations occur after the initial 14-day refund window, users will maintain access to the Service and Paid Account until their most recently paid subscription period ends. Recurring billing will stop immediately upon cancellation. - No-Risk Money-Back Guarantee

Paid Account Plan Changes
Should payment plans change or increase after your initial paid Account, Current Users may:
- Retain their existing paid Account plan and rate (if eligible).
- Transition to the updated paid Account plan under the new terms.
