Every membership and subscription is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains how refunds, payments, and cancellations work.

Iron Strengthens Iron, a brand of Hattaway Creative Holdings LLC ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company"), sells its products and services with the terms below. Fees are non-refundable except as stated here, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used or unused paid accounts, digital products, or services beyond the guarantee period.
The 14-day money-back guarantee
Decide that Iron Strengthens Iron is not for you any time within the first 14 days of opening your paid account, and we will stop the account and issue a full refund. No risk.
Just let our support team know. Your refund request must be received within 24 business hours of the end of the 14-day period, which begins on the date and time your paid account is opened. While some refunds are instant, refund credit can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your card statement. The 14-day window applies uniformly across all term types (one-time, monthly, quarterly, and annual).
How payments are handled
Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider, SamCart, using Stripe as our primary payment processor and PayPal. We accept Visa and MasterCard, PayPal, and, where available, pay-over-time options such as Afterpay and Klarna. We do not store your full card details. Unless specified otherwise, all prices displayed on our site are in United States dollars (USD).
Plans and billing
We provide several payment options for our Community, Courses, and Programs, which may include a one-time lump sum payment, a single payment, or recurring subscription fees that are automatically rebilled on a regular schedule (for example, monthly or annually). Payment terms, including any rebilling periods, are clearly posted at checkout and are considered part of this Agreement. In cases where multiple payment terms conflict, the term most beneficial to Iron Strengthens Iron will take precedence.
How refunds work
You may cancel your paid account at any time. Refunds are available in full within the first fourteen (14) days of your initial paid account. If you are unsatisfied with our Service, you must notify us within that time frame to request a refund.
Refunds will not be provided after the initial 14-day period. This includes paid accounts, services purchased at a discounted or sale price, and pro-rata refunds for partially used subscription terms or services. Renewals are non-refundable. If adequate notice is not received and your card is subsequently charged, you will not receive a refund.
Courses, webinars, and downloads
Access and ownership. When purchasing digital products (for example, online courses, webinars, or downloadable materials), access is granted for personal, non-commercial use. Due to the nature of digital products, once accessed or downloaded they cannot be returned or "unloaded." For that reason, refunds for digital products are generally not issued, including in these cases:
- Issues caused by the user's device or lack of internet access.
- Dissatisfaction after accessing or downloading the product.
- Failure to use or engage with the purchased materials.
Refund or replacement exceptions. A refund or replacement may be issued only in the following cases, and supporting proof (visual or otherwise) must be provided:
- Technical issues caused by the product itself, including but not limited to broken links, missing files, or failure to download.
- Corrupted or inaccessible products that remain defective despite proper access attempts.
- Errors on the Company's part, such as incorrect, incomplete, or misrepresented digital products.
Digital products are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without explicit permission. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution will terminate access without a refund and may lead to further legal action.
Account types, renewals, and cancellation
Iron Strengthens Iron offers various paid account types, including All Passes, Consulting, Memberships, Mentorships, Recurring Charges, Services, and Subscriptions.
Agreement terms
The Agreement begins on the sign-up date, which coincides with the initial payment, and renews automatically unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing:
- Monthly terms: the Agreement renews every thirty (30) days. Cancellation requires written notice no later than ten (10) days before the next renewal date.
- Quarterly terms: the Agreement renews every ninety (90) days, with the same ten (10) day cancellation notice.
- Annual terms: the Agreement renews every twelve (12) months, with the same ten (10) day cancellation notice.
Cancellations within 14 days
If cancellation occurs within the initial 14-day refund window, the user will not maintain access to the Service, the paid account will be terminated, and all files and documents associated with the account will be destroyed.
Cancellations after 14 days
If cancellation occurs after the initial 14-day refund window, the user maintains access to the Service and paid account until the most recently paid subscription period ends. Recurring billing stops immediately upon cancellation.
Plan changes
Should payment plans change or increase after your initial paid account, current users may retain their existing plan and rate (if eligible), or transition to the updated plan under the new terms.
