Iron Strengthens Iron welcomes men of every conviction. The path is built on Stoic discipline and brotherhood, open to all. For those who want it, an optional devotional track joins that discipline with Scripture, so your practice and your faith pull in the same direction.

A prominent layer, never a barrier.
Iron Strengthens Iron is Stoic-first by design, so that no man is turned away at the door. The discipline, the Code, and the brotherhood are open to every man, whatever he believes.
The faith track does not replace that foundation. It deepens it. For the man who follows Christ, the same five pillars were first lived through Scripture, and the same brotherhood is the one the early church modeled. Come as you are. Grow as you choose. Both roads lead to a stronger, steadier man, and the man of faith walks his with the third strand that no signature alone supplies.

The Code was not built to replace the Bible. It was drawn from it. Here is each pillar with its anchor verse. The full faith-framed Code, with commentary and From the Word study, lives on its own page.
Awareness
Psalm 139:23-24"Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts." Honest self-examination, conducted in the light.
Liberation
Hebrews 12:1"Let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles." Set the weight down at the only place it can be left.
Integrity
James 1:22"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says." The same man in the sanctuary, the office, and the garage.
Vitality
1 Corinthians 6:19"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?" The temple requires upkeep, and the upkeep is worship by another name.
Endurance
James 1:12"Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life." Stand under the weight and keep going.
What men of faith do together.
"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." (Acts 2:42) Men are bound by what they practice together, not by what they discuss.
Prayer, by name
Brothers pray for one another out loud and by name. Naming a weight to men you trust breaks half its grip; their prayer goes after the other half.
Time in the Word
One passage at a time, read slowly, with the hard questions welcome. A chapter read and not practiced is a chapter not yet read.
The shared table
The breaking of bread, which Scripture treats as nearly sacramental. The supernatural results ride on ordinary, devoted faithfulness.
