3. Payments and Refunds

Payments

Certain services or products, such as digital resources, paid accounts, and subscriptions, may require payment. All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. Payments are processed through third-party services such as PayPal and Stripe.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in United States dollars.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, summarized as follows:

  • Refunds for paid accounts are available in full within the first 14 days of purchase. Requests must be submitted within 24 business hours of the 14-day period. After approval, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • After the initial 14-day period, no refunds are provided for partially used services, subscription terms, or discounts, and renewals after 14 days are non-refundable.
  • Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, with exceptions for technical errors caused by the company, as detailed in the Refund Policy.

Recurring Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days.
  • Quarterly subscriptions renew every 90 days.
  • Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months.
  • Cancellation requires written notice at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Late or inadequate notice will result in additional charges without refunds.

4. Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., courses, webinars, downloadable materials) are only for personal, non-commercial use. By purchasing, you agree:

  • Digital products are non-refundable beyond the exceptions described in the Refund Policy (e.g., company errors, corrupted files, etc.).
  • Unauthorized sharing, resale, or redistribution will result in access termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

5. Paid Accounts and Subscriptions

Iron Strengthens Iron offers Paid Account options, including All Passes, Consulting, Memberships, Mentorships, Recurring Charges, Services, or Subscriptions. Terms of the Agreement:

  • Subscriptions begin on the sign-up date and automatically renew based on your chosen payment plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • If cancellation occurs within the 14-day refund window:
    • The paid account will be immediately terminated.
    • Profiles, data, and documents associated with the account will be deleted.
  • For cancellations after the 14-day window, access continues until the end of the paid term, and recurring billing stops immediately upon cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on our site, including text, graphics, and resources, is owned by Iron Strengthens Iron and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Limited License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. No Indirect or Consequential Damages
    Iron Strengthens Iron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. Educational and Motivational Purpose Disclaimer
    All content Iron Strengthens Iron provides is for educational, motivational, and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content or services, and you agree to use them at your discretion and risk.
  3. AI Assistance Disclaimer
    Some content provided through our services may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
    • While we strive to review AI-generated content for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee its completeness, precision, or suitability for specific purposes.
    • AI-generated content is not intended to replace professional advice (e.g., legal, financial, or psychological) and is thoroughly audited and monitored by Iron Strengthens Iron for content and appropriateness.
  4. Cap on Liability
