The products and/or services referenced herein are sold with a strict no-refund policy, except as stated below. Fees assessed by the Company are non-refundable, and the Company does not provide Fee refunds or credits for partially used or unused subscriptions, digital products, or services.

Payment Processing

Our third-party payment processor, Stripe, processes all payments. You may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club cards to make payments.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices on our Site are listed in United States dollars.

Payment Terms

We offer varying payment plans for our Community, Courses, and Programs. These may include:

  • One-time lump sum payments.
  • Recurring subscription fees are rebilled periodically (e.g., monthly or annually).

In cases where two or more listed payment terms conflict, the term most beneficial to Iron Strengthens Iron shall take precedence.

Refund Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refunds are available in full within the first thirty (30) days of your initial subscription. If you are unsatisfied with our Service, notify us of your request within that time frame.

No refunds will be provided after the initial thirty (30) days, including pro-rata refunds for partially used subscription terms or services.

Refunds for digital products will not be issued under any circumstances, as outlined below.

Digital Product Access and Ownership

Upon purchase of digital products (e.g., online courses, webinars, downloadable materials), you are granted access for personal, non-commercial use. Due to the nature of digital products, once they have been accessed or downloaded, the information cannot be “unloaded” or returned. As such, refunds for digital products will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues caused by the customer’s device or lack of access to the internet.
  • User dissatisfaction after accessing or downloading the product.
  • Failure to fully use or engage with the purchased materials.

Digital products are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any manner. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of purchased content will result in the termination of access without a refund and may lead to further legal action.

Recurring Coaching, Memberships, Subscriptions, or Consulting Services

The term of this Agreement begins upon the sign-up date, which coincides with the initial payment. It shall continue as follows unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing:

For monthly terms, this Agreement will automatically renew every thirty (30) days unless either party provides written cancellation notice at least ten (10) days before the next renewal date.

If applicable, subscription cancellations after the initial thirty (30) days will result in continued access to the Service until the end of the most recently paid subscription period.

Subscription Plan Changes

Should payment plans change or increase after your initial subscription, current Users may:

  • Retain their existing subscription plan and rate (if eligible).
  • Transition to the updated subscription plan under the new terms.
